As I awoke to the beginning of a brand new day,
It seemed like waves of trials kept coming my way.
Problem after problem was all I could see,
I cried out, “Lord, what is it you want from me?”

The answer that came from the One Most High,
Was nothing but a very simple reply,
It was one unexpected, but yet rang so true,
It’s something He desires from me and from you.

He said, “EVERYTHING”

I want you to know Me as your Savior and Guide,
The One who will always be right there at your side.
I want you to serve Me through the good times and bad,
To sing praises to My Name whether you’re happy or sad.

I want your faith to grow stronger as each day goes by,
To trust Me when there’s no answers to your questions of “Why?”
To learn of My love and to feel My embrace,
When you’re called to endure the hardships you face.

I want no one or nothing to take My place in your heart,
In whatever you should do, I want to take part.
Stand on My promises, let nothing cause you doubt,
In the end you will see that all things will work out.

So you see, My dear child, I want to be your all in all,
To depend on My presence when you stand or when you fall,
When you question just what is it that I want from thee?
My answer is EVERYTHING, as you are EVERYTHING to Me.

HAVE YOU EVER REALIZE HOW MUCH GOD LOVES US?

Love is a powerful emotion, perhaps the strongest of human emotions. People will go to great lengths to express love, and they will do almost anything to get love. So if love is in such demand, why does it seem in such short supply? To paraphrase the song, “Why is love the only thing that there’s just too little of?”

The problem with human love is that it’s usually self-centered. Much of the so-called love we feel could be summarized by the phrase, “What’s in it for me?” We may think we love someone, but in reality we may simply love what he or she does for us.

The only love that is completely other-centered is called agape love. This is love of the highest order. It’s what C.S. Lewis called “Divine Gift-Love.” When we love with agape love we desire the best for the people we love. We are even able to love those who are unlovable.

We are capable of agape love only to the extent that we give the details of our lives over to God and allow Him to work in us. But even before that can happen, we must realize of love. God’s love is never self-centered, and God’s love is always sacrificial. While we were enemies of God, He loved us. When we ran from God, He loved us. And He loved us so much that He sacrificed the Son He loved most so that we could experience eternal life.

Love is the essence of God. Love is what motivates Him to do what He does for us down to the last detail even when we don’t love Him in return. Knowing that should give tremendous meaning to our lives…….This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but that He loved us…

I truly thank God for people like you. You don’t realise how much of a blessing you are, not to only me, but to everyone around you. The passion and zeal you show for God is a HUGE encouragement! Just by being faithful in the little things for God, and doing all that you can for Him, you are encouraging those around you to stay faithful also. I’ve never once heard you make any sort of complaint about the work God wants you to do. He has called you to do some big things, things that take a lot of sacrifice, yet you have never complained about any of it. You do it in complete happiness and joy for the Lord Jesus Christ and you do it with a smile on your face. That is a true Christian right there. You are criticised by those around you for what you do for God, even those “so-called-Christians”, but despite this you keep going and pay no mind to what they say or think; you just keep your eyes set on God and what He thinks. You humbly serve Him with your all and do everything you can for Him. You give up all your time for Him – not only in going to Church – but by working towards the dreams He has given you for His glory. You embrace your dreams and stand as a true soldier for the Lord as He has called you to do. You not only work towards your own dreams,  but you help me personally to achieve my dreams. I know it is not by your own doing, it is ALL by the amazing Grace of God, but I still thank you for being willing to do all this, and to be a blessing to me. God needs more people like you.
